Absolutely charming hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was magnificent to surrounding villages. The rooms were warm and good-sized, had a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet. Plus it had an absolutely fabulous view of the snow capped mountains. Location: the venue was so close to peaceful Ordino...

The property is charming, it has good and welcoming staff especially the receptionists. The hotel offers marvellous and pleasant location only a short distance to Ordino downtown. 5 minutes on foot and you're near the bus stop. We truly enjoyed it so would like to stay there on the next trip.

It was a classy hotel which had good service. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was OUTSTANDING. This was a magnificent and wonderful location just next door to local restaurants, the centre of spectacular scenery, and Andorra.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with peaceful grounds and a pedestrianized street full of restaurants just opposite.- The hotel had a range of facilities to enjoy, including a mini-golf course, a footie/basketball court, a tennis court, and a small pool.

The restaurant was a major disappointment. The menu promised fresh scrambled eggs, but the waiter was reluctant to take the order.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was superb, with affordable prices for such a charming establishment. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the cozy rooms with stunning views of the mountains, to the balcony where we could soak in the beautiful scenery. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and the ideal start to our days of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better location in the mountains - right in the center of town, allowing us easy access to all the attractions.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay here! The room was well-kept and spacious, with a great balcony and spa bath. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, providing easy walking access to the nearby town. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner menu and access to the fitness/sauna and pool complex.

The room lacked any wall decorations and a toilet roll holder in the bathroom would have been appreciated.
